What Are You Afraid Of?

Competition can be a scary thing but the benefits are amazing. This program will help demystify the competition process and disable excuses for avoiding it. We will talk about the advantages of print competition and how to best use it to reach your potential as a photographer and a creative.

What is Austin Professional Photographers Association?

Austin Professional Photographers Association, previously PPGA, is a non-profit organization that was established in 1950 by a small group of local working photographers who were also members of the Professional Photographers of America

Our members are among the most skilled, talented, and professional photographers in the Austin and Central Texas area.

Meeting Cancellation Policy

If our monthly membership meeting is cancelled due to inclement weather, location availability, natural disasters or other practical reasons, Austin PPA will attempt to reschedule the meeting for the following week or as soon as possible. If the meeting cannot be rescheduled for a particular month, fees submitted by all registered attendees will be applied to the following month’s membership meeting. One or more email messages will be sent to all registered attendees and the general membership regarding the cancellation and available rescheduling information.
